From start to finish, the manufacturing and engineering teams at Ingenia work closely together during every single project. Our focus is on finding the best options for our customers for mass manufacturing. This involves taking into consideration every aspect of the supply chain—from materials and assembly to packaging.
During the prototype stage, the delivery time is one of the most important factors we consider. For this reason, our manufacturing team sources the components while the project is still in development. This way, we can prevent stock shortages, surcharges or delayed delivery times.
Our solutions are found in state-of-the-art equipment and applications, which is why quality has become one the pillars of our manufacturing process. Our products are produced under strict quality standards, such as the ISO 9001:2000 and IPC and Jedec manufacturing standards.
High-throughput pick and place equipment together with extensive SPI, AOI, and X-Ray quality controls help us deliver designs with higher components density and more compact footprints.
Whether small or large, Ingenia is ready.
Quality must be guaranteed throughout the entire operational process, not just at the manufacturing stage. For this reason, our team has developed the ATT (Automatic Traceability Tool). The ATT is a traceability tool that guarantees the entire operating cycle: from the beginning with the reception of a purchase order until the generation of the delivery note passing through production. All our units pass automatic tests where all the results are saved for subsequent analysis. The information generated is used to improve production processes but also to improve future designs. Having automated the tests with mechanical/electronic tools and own software allows us to scale our production and remain independent of the operator who supervises the test.
